You will be the first person prospects meet when they connect with our company. Some will come in warm from referrals, cold email responses, or meetings set by our calling team. Others you will find through targeted outreach to business owners and trusted advisors. Every conversation you start has the potential to open a deal today, or plant a seed for tomorrow.
You will work directly with the CEO to learn the exact process we use to win high-value clients in an industry most people only scratch the surface of. You will get hands-on coaching, a proven outreach approach, and the chance to grow into the person who owns the first call and closes the deal, with the upside to match.

What You Will Be Doing
- Be the first touchpoint for inbound leads across all brands
- Follow up quickly on meetings set by our cold calling team
- Respond to replies from our cold email campaigns
- Reach out directly to referral partners and targeted lists using our proven outreach approach
- Qualify prospects and move them to the next step, booking with the CEO or starting the process yourself
- Keep deals warm with consistent, professional follow-up
- Close our front-end offers once trained and ready
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline with clear next steps on every deal
- Self-directed and takes ownership from day one
- Comfortable starting conversations and adapting to different industries and personalities
- Learns fast, applies feedback, and stays coachable
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially with CRM notes and follow-up
- Driven to grow into a higher-level sales role over time
- 15 to 25 qualified sales conversations booked per week
- 3 to 5 front-end offers closed per week after training
- Zero mystery deals, all notes and next steps documented
- Referral partners and targeted lists worked consistently with documented outreach
- First 30 Days: Learn our process, master the outreach approach, respond to all inbound within one hour during your shift, and book at least 10 sales conversations per week
- 60 Days: Consistently book 15 conversations per week, run front-end discovery calls with CEO coaching and direct involvement in your closes until you tell the CEO youre ready to take them solo, and close initial deals
- 90 Days: Close 3 to 5 front-end offers per week, manage your own pipeline start to finish, and begin identifying upsell opportunities
- Base commission of 10 percent on front-end offers closed
- When you hit your numbers and prove yourself, you will have the ability to follow the client journey and close upsells into larger, more robust engagements, with commissions to match
- Start by owning the early stage and front-end close. As you demonstrate performance, you will move into bigger deals, more complex conversations, and higher earnings
