JOB SUMMARY
The Host/Hostess is the guest’s first impression of Exit 4. You’ll greet, seat, organize the flow of service, and help keep the front of house running smoothly in a fast-paced restaurant.
KEY DUTIES
- Warmly greet all guests with a smile and positive energy
- Manage the waitlist, seating flow, and floor plan
- Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service
- Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area
- Support the team with basic side work during busy times
- Provide quick, friendly, solution-focused guest assistance
- Uphold Exit 4 hospitality standards at all times
