The Role
The Exercise Specialist serves as a practitioner within the Exis coaching team, responsible for delivering world-class training experiences and measurable client outcomes. This role focuses on executing personalized programs with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based training and mobility programs for private clientele.
- Contribute to Exis' internal training frameworks.
- Communicate with medical practitioners and other members of the client health team
- Support operational and quality initiatives that ensure premium client outcomes and brand alignment.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience training high-level clientele or athletes.
- Demonstrated expertise in program design, assessment, and corrective exercise.
- Strong interpersonal presence, leadership ability, and professionalism.
Preferred:
- Master’s in Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related field.
