JOB SUMMARY
Be a part of an arts-loving and customer oriented team responsible for providing a first-class experience for our visitors. We provide exceptional customer service, and create and promote a positive atmosphere and guest focused culture within our unique, 30,000 sq. ft. immersive experience. WAGE
$16.00 per hour.
ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Box office work
- Merchandise assistant
- VR assistant
- Meet and greet
- Answering visitor queries
- Adhering to, and monitoring guests’ adherence to, all Covid safety procedures
- And any other duties which enhance the visitor’s experience
- The role will require standing and/or walking for much of the time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Fully vaccinated
- Be at least 18 years of age
- The ability to read, speak and effectively understandthe English language
- Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends
- Must possess above average communication skills
- Safety conscious
- Outgoing and friendly
- Willing to actively engage guests
- Ability to learn and understand Titanic ’s works and his history in order to be able to answer general customer queries
- Commitment to providing the best in customer service
THE PERSON:
- Venue, leisure, or retail experience
- Shift management including opening/closing responsibilities
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- A general knowledge and/or enthusiasm for the arts
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
