Job Summary
Exhale Spa LLC is growing and we're looking for a friendly, reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy helping others feel welcomed, staying organized, and working in a peaceful spa environment , we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage booking software
- Check clients/in out and process payments
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Manage appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
- Support the spa team with daily operations
Qualifications
- Require strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using scheduling/booking software (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
