Discovering your exciting role
- This position reports to the FFU Lead Manager and will be responsible for Assembling of air recirculation devices (FFU, PIFF etc.)
- Receiving work instructions from the Supervisor and execution of assembly works based on production planning
- Receive (from Punching / Bending department), Check and assemble individual sheet metal components and parts according to assembly manuals (standardized work, working procedure, design documentation) and self-check system
- Perform insertion of pre-cut non-hazardous high density mineral wool panels into sheet metal cassettes; as per safety regulation PPE to be worn
- Mastic sealant application with manual or pressurized air gun including manual smoothing of the sealant lines (gloves to be worn)
- FFU cleaning with lint free wipes and Isopropanol-solution solution
- Packing (plastic packing), sealing and stacking of finished Filter Fan Unit modules onto wooden / steel pallets
- Completion of packing works for a specific defined number of FFU’s by strapping onto the pallets; subsequent plastic film wrapping
- Maintain a clean workplace during work and after shift completion
- Self-performed quality checks in respect to assembly accuracy and visual flaws
- To participate on working trainings
- Testing of ventilators and collection of fan ID-nos. for later warranty tracing
- Inform to Supervisor of completed work (in form)
- Cooperation on trainings of new employees
- Immediately to inform his supervisor of any quality issues / defects
- Help to realize and fulfill goals set by the company and from the Supervisor
- Special other tasks according to the instruction from Supervisor

- Basic assembly work experience
- Read & understand technical documents / drawings
- High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
