- Handling print jobs: Tasks like preparing print files, producing reports, agendas, flyers, and marketing materials, and performing complex color copy work fall under this category.
- Finishing and binding: This involves binding documents using various methods, perforating, trimming, cutting, folding, and stapling.
- Quality control: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of printed materials and troubleshooting issues like paper jams or ink shortages are crucial aspects of the role.
- Receiving and processing mail: This includes retrieving mail from the post office, sorting it by department or recipient, and handling certified or registered mail.
