Essential Job Responsibilities
- Fill in at multiple local accounts for employees on scheduled and unscheduled
- Perform diverse duties including copy, print, scanning, mail, shipping/receiving, fax,
- Lift heavy objects such as boxes, files, or paper when necessary to facilitate operational
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer care, fostering a friendly and cooperative
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting customer demands within a high-volume production
- Adhere to business procedures and safety protocols to ensure smooth operations and
- Receive direction from supervisors or site managers and execute tasks accordingly.
- Maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
- This role will require frequent travel to various job sites including the traveling out of state on assignments.
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, with or without accommodations.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for local and out-of-state travel as
- Proficient computer/PC skills for tasks such as locating, compiling, and distributing
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service-related experience required, with litigation copy
- 18 Years of Age or Older
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
