Position Summary
The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks. This role is designed for a high school student interested in learning about HR operations in a professional, pharmaceutical company environment. The intern will gain exposure to HR processes such as employee onboarding, record keeping, and internal communications.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and maintaining employee files and HR records.
- Help update and maintain HR databases and spreadsheets.
- Support the coordination of employee recognition activities and events.
- Prepare basic correspondence, forms, and HR materials.
- Assist with posting job openings and screening applications as directed.
- Help track attendance or training records.
- Participate in short HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Current high school student (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
