Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent for our AI client
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the AI industry landscape and stay updated on emerging technologies and skills
- Perform initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Adapt sourcing strategies based on market trends and feedback from hiring managers
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical sourcer, preferably in the AI or tech industry
- Experience working for a tech start-up
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing technical talent
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing tools and platforms
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and related technical skills
- Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
