Responsibilities
- Analysis & Resolution: Manages clearinghouse customer accounts to ensure processes are working as expected and identify potential problems. Understands and follows SDS workflow and associated technical systems. Understands and follows all assigned customer workflows including import and export processes. Interprets customer business processes, analyzes problems and recommends programmable solutions. Applies analytical and business knowledge to solve customer specified problems adhering to SDS coding standards and policies.
- Communication: Communicates with customers about SDS workflows (via email and phone). Communicates critical production issues to clients and to the development manager or COO. Adheres to SDS communication standards. Maintains consistently high customer satisfaction and responds promptly to inquiries in accordance with SDS policy.
- Production: Manages daily production for assigned customers. Ensures no batches or claims are delayed or overlooked due to technical issues.
- Work Patterns: Resolves assigned tasks efficiently, works independently with minimal guidance, leverages team expertise on specific modules, and tracks/bills applicable support hours.
- Proficiency with Java
- Proficiency with Unix-like operating systems
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Oral and Written Communication
- Math Aptitude, Organization, Professionalism, Reading, Time Management
- At least a 4-year technical degree (or equivalent)
- 0-5 years similar experience
- Experience with technologies listed in the previous section
- Customer Survey Feedback

- Service Incidents from not following SDS procedures
- Number of tickets closed
- Number of tickets currently open
- Number of SLA violations
- BaseCamp to-do's completed
