Job Functions
- Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
- Lead efforts to evaluate, test, and implement system upgrades, new features, and functionality within Workday.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HRIS with other business systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless transitions.
- Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging Workday capabilities.
- Monitor system security and data privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Workday.
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Education and Experience: Bachelors and 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday or HS/GED and 7 years
- Has led system implementations and/or upgrades
- In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Education and Experience: Bachelors and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday.
- Workday experience with 3 or more modules
- Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical users
