We believe we grow best together. You will be a valued member working within the DC Inspections Team. For your initial job responsibilities, we will challenge you to: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Greet walk-in customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Schedule and manage appointments for clients and staff. Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages as necessary. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Update and manage client and project information in the company's database. For your added future job responsibilities, we will challenge you to: Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes. In the first 90 days, you will prevail over the following: Conduct all customer correspondence with a positive attitude, calm demeanor, and resolve scheduling requests within one hour. Know and understand the services DC Inspections provides. Understand who the key contacts are for our customers and where to direct inquiries. Collect project information and complete project setup daily. Preparation of reports for Engineer review and submittal of approved reports completed weekly.
