Job Description
Responsible for development of Automated Logic software for the purpose of controlling HVAC/Lighting and integrating third party devices to the Automated Logic building automation system per the engineers sequence of operation using CSC established standard.
Duties
Communicating regular progress reports for project managers, project directors and clients
Initial project review
Review sequence of operations
Generate databases using ALC Sitebuilder
Generate software programs using ALC Logicbuilder
Modifications to existing systems as needed
Program simulation, troubleshoot as needed
Improving system efficiencies
Integration of multiple systems
Knowledge of industry standard integration (Modbus, Lonworks, BACnet, etc.)
Coordinate with project directors and project engineers
Custom report generation
Implement change orders
Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills
A creative approach for generating new ideas
A sound knowledge of MS Office software
An excellent grasp of engineering and software principles
Excellent communication skills
Good team working skills
A comprehensive understanding of ALC products and software preferred
3-5 years of industry related field experience with HVAC systems preferred
