Experience Requirements
- 8 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or data management.
- Proven experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
- 812 years of combined experience in data analytics, business analysis, or data management.
- Advanced SQL expertise (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift) including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Python proficiency, specifically with Pandas and NumPy, for data analysis, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Strong experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools for dashboards, visualization, and data storytelling.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, master data management (MDM), and data lineage.
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Hadoop/Spark environments.
- Familiarity with data catalog and governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation).
- Exposure to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) data hierarchy or similar external reference data frameworks.
- Experience using Git/Bitbucket for version control and JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify, frame, and scope new data use cases and translate insights into clear recommendations.
