Learning is the cornerstone of our culture and plays an active role in the internship experience through daily collaboration and interaction with employees at all levels, in workshops and classes, and most significantly by working on projects that matter to the many clients we serve. Our unique AQR Quanta Academy: Summer Term learning series, a structured program, consists of over 40 hours of educational, skill-building and networking events.

The Enterprise Engineering team is responsible for design and development of foundational software infrastructure utilized by applications throughout AQR. The team works on multiple different systems, some of which includes:

You will design and implement AQRs proprietary systems throughout all areas of the firm. You will be expected to research, design, code, test and deploy projects while working in a fast-paced environment. Our software developers work side-by-side with investment management professionals to implement new ideas through creative use of technology.
