InsuraTec is looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as TeleSales Representatives. This is a commission-based position that allows you to work remotely with the flexibility to set your own schedule. We offer comprehensive training, so no prior experience is required. Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Utilize company-provided warm leads to engage clients and sell life insurance products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales goals while working independently in a virtual setting.
• Continuously develop knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Complete necessary licensing requirements and attend ongoing training.
  
  

Requirements:

• Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• No sales experience required, we provide training.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License.
