We are looking for a reliable Remote Legal Assistant to help manage day-to-day client communication. This role is primarily focused on answering calls, scheduling consultations, and following up with potential and existing clients.
This is a fully remote position. No prior legal experience is required, but it is a plus.
- Answer incoming calls and handle basic client inquiries
- Schedule consultations and manage the firm calendar
- Follow up with potential and existing clients
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
- Strong communication skills (phone and email)
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable speaking with clients in a professional setting
- Ability to manage schedules and stay on top of tasks
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our client base
- Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with legal work is a plus, but not required
