AIRPORT SHUTTLE DESK RESERVATIONIST
QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to collaborate with other departments, including operations, dispatch and customer service to ensure seamless transportation services.
- Proficiency in using transportation reservation systems and other relevant software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns or unexpected transportation challenges.
- Adaptability to changing schedules, last minute reservations and unexpected circumstances that may occur.
- Being Self-Motivated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacting directly with clients that have arrived at CVG Airport and providing them with transportation.
- Handle inbound reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms.
- Input and manage reservation details accurately in the transportation system.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations and general travel information.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to reservations.
- Communicate reservation details to relevant departments, including operations, dispatch and customer support.
- Confirm reservations with customers and provide necessary information such as departure times and travel policies.
- Work with scheduling and dispatch teams to ensure that reservations align with available transportation services.
- Coordinate with drivers and dispatch to facilitate smooth transitions for passengers.
- Identify and resolve issues related to reservations such as scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations and customer interactions.
- Use transportation reservation systems and related software tools to manage bookings efficiently.
- Having an enthusiastic attitude.
- Account for cash and credit card transactions.
- Gain knowledge of CVG Airport map as well as hotels we serve across the Greater Cincinnati area.
- Ensure that Executive Shuttle Desk area is clean and presentable for all CVG patrons.
SCHEDULE
- Full-time.
- 8 Hour Shift / 5:00pm to 1:00am.
- Sunday - Thursday.
- Once training concludes - Shift will be at the CVG Airport at the Airport Shuttle Desk in Baggage Claim.
- Will be required to park at the CVG Airport Employee parking lot and be at the Shuttle Desk by 5:00pm.
TRAINING
- Paid Training.
- On-site at our Newport, KY home office.
- Training is 40 hours a week for 3-4 weeks.
- Days and times to be determined with schedule.
SALARY
- $20.00 / Hour
- Paid Bi-Weekly
