Job Summary:

Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at a highly rated Skilled Nursing Home in Lewiston/Auburn, Maine. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing Physical therapy services in accordance with current regulations and guidelines. Essential Functions:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy services and programs for residents

• Assess and care for patients with varying ages and needs

• Maintain accurate documentation, department records, and reports

• Ensure effective communication regarding PT programs

• Contribute to daily management of patient care and rehabilitation personnel

• Maintain commitment to professional growth and competency

• Operate and maintain equipment and environment in a safe and orderly manner

• Contribute to philosophy of quality care and human dignity at the facility

• Participate in discharge planning, development, and implementation of resident care plans

Position Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Maine

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Graduates accepted
