Executive Refreshments is looking for a New Business Development Representative to drive new growth, build a strong pipeline, and bring our premium coffee, pantry, and micro-market solutions to businesses across DFW.

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on prospecting and bringing in new business to Executive Refreshments. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, finding solutions, and helping customers create great breakroom experiences. If you’re passionate about sales and enjoy helping businesses improve their breakroom experience, we’d love to meet you.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities

·        Respond quickly and professionally to potential customer needs or concerns

·        Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, and outreach

·        Present and sell our refreshment programs, including coffee service, pantry, and micro-markets

·        Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales

·        Stay up to date on trends in office refreshments and micro-markets


Qualifications:

·        Experience in sales or account management (hospitality, food service, or related industries preferred)

·        Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·        Self-motivated and organized with a customer-first attitude

·        Ability to manage multiple clients and projects

·        Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits

·        A genuine interest in coffee, food, and creating great workplaces


Compensation Structure: Base salary Commission Car Allowance
