Executive Properties is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Gardener / Landscape Maintenance Professional. We pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces across multiple properties and are looking for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and attention to detail.
Position Overview
This role involves maintaining and enhancing landscaped areas across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and enjoys working outdoors in all conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Tree and shrub trimming
- General garden and landscape maintenance
- Weeding, mulching, and planting
- Lawn care, including mowing and edging (as needed)
- Seasonal clean-up and property upkeep
- Assisting with various landscaping projects and improvements (as needed)
- General handyman, indoor work may be available during winter months
Qualifications
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to “get your hands dirty”
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors
