Job description:

• Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO ensuring

seamless day- to -day operations.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams including production, operations, and sales ensuring seamless deliveries for Walmart.
• Manage and streamline internal processes with the CEO to improve clarity, speed and execution across all departments.
• Maintain confidentiality while navigating sensitive matters and high-profile partnerships.
• Skillfully manage calendars, prepare materials and organize agendas for meetings ensuring the CEO is thoroughly prepared.
• Run daily reports to ensure orders are shipping.
• Partner with the team sending out any requested packages.
• Review status of sales orders weekly with the VP of Production.
• Communicate with management regarding order extensions, and shipping updates as needed.
• Identify inefficiencies and made recommendations for process improvements
• Efficiency managing a high volume of emails while preparing correspondence letters ensuring responses to each inquiry.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Follow up all orders and contact accounts regarding confirmations not received

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google workspace, PLM
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting sales, or production senior level or above management
• Ability to work at a fast-paced environment and muti task
• A high-level of confidentialities and discretion are imperative in this role
