Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing men's/ boys knitwear brand, is currently looking for a talented menswear designer with 3 plus years of experience designing sweaters and cut sew knits to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, identifying trends, maintaining brand strategy, and executing the design process and merchandising objectives with the team
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and approval of designs.
- Create detailed tech packs, and CAD’s utilizing photoshop Illustrator
- Review and approve samples, fabrics, and color standards.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and PLM
- Strong passion for menswear
- Having private label experience with Target, Kohls, and Walmart is a plus
- Knitwear and Sweater knowledge
