Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL, for a Bindery and Shipping Coordinator. The position involves managing bindery operations, preparing and packaging finished print materials for shipping, overseeing shipping and receiving processes, and coordinating inventory. The Bindery and Shipping Coordinator will also handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and ensure all logistics are executed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and maintaining efficient Inventory Control
- Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide support
- Experience with Forklift Operation and safety protocols
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in the printing industry is a plus
