Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, providing a safe and efficient environment for all employees.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to maintain machinery and equipment effectively.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
- Conduct residential painting projects as required, maintaining aesthetic standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Experience is preferred, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a maintenance team.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Hours will be Monday 6:30am-3pm , Thursday 6:30am-3pm & Sunday 4am-11:30am
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
