About The Role

Were seeking a highly skilled and hands-on

IT Managerto lead onsite technology operations for a fast-growing, publicly traded software company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment balancing technical execution with operational leadership and compliance oversight.

As the onsite IT lead, youll ensure system reliability, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional end-user experiences across a modern cloud-based environment.

What Youll Do

• Lead daily IT operationsfor 175 end users, ensuring reliability, responsiveness, and a best-in-class support experience.
• Manage
  
  

Cisco Meraki network infrastructureto ensure 100% operational readiness.

• Manage and administer the organizations productivity stack:
• Okta, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, BambooHR, Jira/Atlassian, Slack, Tableau, Snowflake, Printunl, OnePassword, Zip, Ironclad, and Verkada.
• Oversee
  
  

Mac endpoint managementand coordinate with internal teams to support infrastructure uptime and device health.

• Maintain
  
  

SOX and ITGC compliance conduct quarterly access and InfoSec control reviews with zero audit findings.

• Drive
  
  

cybersecurity and data-protection initiatives; ensure documentation, risk tracking, and policy alignment.

• Achieve
  
  

SLA adherence 98%and maintain a

CSAT score of 4.95 /5, with regular reporting to leadership.

• Support
  
  

database, server, and system architectureactivities, including upgrades, integrations, and data migrations.

• Collaborate with
  
  

Engineering, HR, and Operationsto ensure smooth onboarding, access control, and systems governance.

Who You Are

• Experienced:5-8 years in IT, with 2-3 years in a management or lead role.
• Technical:Proficient in Mac administration, Google Workspace, SaaS ecosystem management, and collaboration tools.
• Security-Focused:Strong understanding of cybersecurity, ITGC, and compliance within public-company environments.
• Hands-On Leader:Able to wear multiple hats from tactical troubleshooting to strategic planning.
• Customer-Centric:Passionate about service excellence and user satisfaction.
• Collaborative:Skilled communicator who thrives working cross-functionally and mentoring small teams (2 staff).
