What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker/Housekeeping position at Executive Management Services,Inc?
We are looking for dependable people to take care of our buildings and carry out minor janitorial cleaning. The goal is to keep you safe, then we'll keep the buildings clean. All tasks can be trained, the only qualification is to be a good person.
$150.00 PER MONTH PERFORMANCE BONUSES PAID TO THOSE WHO EARN IT. EQUIVALENT TO ABOUT $0.86 PER HOUR BASED ON FULL TIME HOURS. COMBINED WITH THE HOURLY RATE OF $17.00, THAT EQUALS $17.90 PER HOUR.
Shift is Monday thru Friday from 3:30pm start time.
Shift is Monday thru Friday from 7:00am start time.
Responsibilities
- Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, break rooms, and restrooms
- Cooperate with all the staff and customer staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
