Position Summary
The QSR Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the company’s Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) portfolio,This role will be closely partnered with the Loyalty, Operations, store teams, and brand partners to drive sales growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate combines strong promotional planning, operational execution, local store marketing, and digital marketing capabilities with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple restaurant brands. This position plays a key role in integrating QSR marketing initiatives into the loyalty ecosystem to increase customer frequency, traffic, and basket size.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing & Promotional Planning
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing calendars for all QSR brands operating within locations.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, limited time offers, and seasonal programs with franchise and brand partners.
- Ensure marketing plans align with sales goals, operational capabilities, and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage pricing execution and promotional implementation across all locations.
- Monitor promotion performance and recommend optimization opportunities based on sales and customer data.
Loyalty & Digital Marketing Integration
- Partner with the Head of Loyalty and marketing team to integrate QSR offers and promotions into the loyalty platform.
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and frequency-driving initiatives through targeted loyalty campaigns.
- Collaborate on digital marketing efforts including app promotions, email campaigns, social media support, SMS messaging, and in-store digital communication.
- Help drive awareness of QSR offerings through the company’s owned marketing channels.
In-Store Marketing & Execution
- Oversee execution of in-store marketing materials, POP signage, menu boards, and promotional displays.
- Ensure brand standards and promotional consistency are maintained across all participating locations.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure stores are prepared for campaign launches and promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on schedule.
Local Store Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support store teams with local marketing initiatives designed to increase traffic and sales.
- Assist locations with planning and executing local events, grand openings, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
- Support catering initiatives and local outreach efforts to build brand awareness and grow sales organically.
- Identify local partnership opportunities that strengthen community presence and customer relationships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain strong working relationships with franchise brand partners, QSR operations, loyalty, merchandising, and store leadership.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in regular business reviews with QSR brands and internal stakeholders.
- Provide marketing support and recommendations based on operational feedback and market trends.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track campaign effectiveness, promotional ROI, and sales performance.
- Analyze customer trends, traffic patterns, and loyalty engagement data.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights into leadership.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Successful marketing experience in QSR, restaurant, retail, convenience, or franchise environments.
- Experience managing promotional calendars and multi-location marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of local store marketing, loyalty marketing, and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with operations teams and external brand partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
