Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to scale the business from the current footprint to 15 locations.
Coach, mentor, and support General Managers and leadership teams to optimize performance, engagement, and retention.
Oversee P&L management, labor optimization, food cost control, and service quality across all locations.
Drive recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a strong, accountable team culture.
Monitor operational metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions to achieve business goals.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, labor, and company policies.
Collaborate with corporate leadership on expansion, operational processes, and growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of multi-unit QSR leadership experience, preferably managing 6 locations.
Demonstrated success in scaling operations, growing teams, and opening new locations.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, staffing, and operational KPIs.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel locally and support multiple restaurant locations as needed.
