Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years experience must be licensed in Virginia with background in Estate Litigation and Administration and the ability to flex to other litigation matters preferred.

This candidate may be a litigator, a transactional attorney, or ideally, a "hybrid" who can litigate and analyze transactions.
The successful candidate must be a self starter with the ability to handle projects independently, experienced in direct client communications. and be able to exercise sound professional judgment. Individual accountability and a commitment to professional growth are essential.

- Conduct thorough legal research to support litigation and contract matters.

- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
