Key Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients and visitors warmly, verify personal and insurance information, and ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately
- Scheduling & Coordination: Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments for multiple providers; optimize provider schedules to improve patient satisfaction
- Record Management: Maintain and update health records
- Billing & Payments: Process patient payments, handle billing inquiries
- Phone & Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff; manage emails and faxes .
- Office Operations: Maintain a tidy reception area, ensure availability of necessary materials, and order/receive office supplies
- Compliance: Follow all healthcare regulations and safety standards at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
