Enterprise Marketing Manager

ENTERPRISE MARKETING MANAGER PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

The Marketing Manager’s purpose is to successfully plan and execute all company-wide marketing activities with enterprise sales and the company’s leadership team, including, but not limited to the responsibilities below.

ENTERPRISE MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Anticipate marketing needs and prepare and implement Marketing strategies and corresponding Marketing campaigns throughout the enterprise.

· Collaborate with Sales Team to align marketing initiatives.

· Create and manage targeted content and messaging.

· Manage budgets and resources.

· Drive customer engagement.

· Identify and create partnerships with vendors.

· Measure marketing outcomes of our enterprise-wide marketing efforts.

· Oversee company public relations, social media outlets and marketing related e-mails.

· Understand and utilize AI to produce content, build marketing campaigns, and increase social media presence.

· Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating, approving and collecting content.

· Create and maintain marketing calendars enterprise-wide.

· Customize and update Websites and Apps.

· Effectively identify and utilize various marketing platforms to maximize ROI

· Attend events and expos on behalf of the company in an effort to drive membership sales.

· Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content

· Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collecting content

· Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns, and online activities.

· Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

· Develop and manage all internal communication systems.

· Create, maintain and strengthen the company’s overall brand through all media avenues.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORKING CONDITIONS:

Applicant must be able to commute from facility to facility, if necessary, carry marketing items of up to 25 pounds, have the flexibility to work nights and weekends (depending on the business marketing needs). This position also requires the ability to work off-site, when required, on project-based marketing tasks.

EXPERIENCE:

· Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required

· Business, Sales and or Marketing background required

· Two (2) years prior marketing and social media experience preferred

· General knowledge of health, wellness, fitness, and sports preferred

· Interest in maintaining an active lifestyle preferred

· CRM experienced preferred

· Web development and UX interface experience preferred

· Above average work ethic

· Ability to take direction and execute appropriately

· Outgoing personality with team player mentality

· High degree of integrity

· Above average organizational skills

· Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

· Strong customer service skills

· Above average Marketing skills

· Good communication skills and ability to connect with customers

· Ability to multi-task in high pressure situations

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

COMPENSATION:

Executive offers a highly competitive compensation package for employees which includes a base salary range of $50-$60k, growth opportunity, free high-end health club membership, childcare services, training opportunities, major medical Insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and health club membership

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
