About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy Project Manager to lead our high-end residential and commercial integration projects. You will be the bridge between our clients, design team, and field technicians, ensuring that sophisticated audio-video, lighting, and automation systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the initial hand-off from sales through final commissioning and client training.
- Resource Coordination: Schedule field technicians, subcontractors, and equipment deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to verify pre-wire accuracy, rack builds, and final hardware installation.
- Budget & Inventory: Manage project profitability by tracking labor hours, change orders, equipment procurement and inventory accuracy.
- Communication: Clear and constant communication with internal team, field technicians, builders, and homeowners.
- Quality Control: Perform final walkthroughs and "punch list" management to ensure 100% system functionality and aesthetic integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years of project management experience specifically within the Low Voltage, AV, or Custom Integration industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with major control systems (e.g., Control4, Crestron, Savant, or Lutron) and networking fundamentals.
- Blueprints: Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and reflected ceiling plans.
- Software: Proficiency in project management tools
- Soft Skills: Exceptional "client-facing" presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.
