The Impact You’ll Make

• Lead the Field: Oversee on-site projects from rough-in to final calibration, ensuring every install meets our "Best of Naples" standards.

• Master the Tech: Install and program high-end systems: Whole-home AV, Home Theaters, Motorized Shades (Lutron), Lighting Control, and Alarm.com security.

• Mentor & Grow: Direct and train junior technicians, fostering a culture of craftsmanship.

• Be the Face of the Project: Act as the primary on-site contact for luxury builders and high-net-worth clients.

What You Bring

• 2-3 Years of Leadership: Proven experience managing crews in the low-voltage or integration space.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Control4, Lutron, and Alarm.com platforms.

• Precision: Ability to read blueprints, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot complex systems on the fly.

• Professionalism: A clean driving record and the communication skills required for premium client service.
