Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
Attend hearings and depositions
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Effectively manage tie and follow Firm procedures
Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders both internal and external
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise solutions
Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior organizational, multi-task, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and working on a computer
Must have the dexterity to use a keyboard and other office equipment
Must be able to observe details, read printed materials and computer screens
Must be able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone
Must be able to move around in an office setting and operate office equipment
Must be able to lift up, carry, and push up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary 200-220k
