Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience working with residences
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow up effectively.
- Prior experience overseeing community governance, financial management, and property maintenance.
- Base Salary $80,000 - $90,000
- All-expense paid company car (lease, insurance, repairs and maintenance, gas charge card)
