Candidates will need to have excellent writing skills and well-developed abilities in performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda, assisting with the drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings, as well as discovery demands.
The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior transactional experience is a must.
Job Requirement:
- NY State BAR membership.
- 2-4 years' experience in commercial real estate.
- 2-4 years' experience in corporate restructuring, commercial purchasing, selling and experience with air space rights.
- Prior transactional experience.
- Ability to handle cases from start to finish with little oversight.
In an office position, 5 days a week.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
