Job Description

Salary : $55000 - $70000

Paralegal opportunity with a national defense law firm.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of prior paralegal experience supporting litigators in general liability defense litigation.
  • Preferred experience in some/all of Healthcare, Real Estate, Medical Malpractice, M&A, Business and Commercial, Insurance Defense.
  • Strong working knowledge of General Liability Litigation.
  • Tennessee State filing including E-Filing experience required. Federal E-Filing experience using PACER a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point and Outlook, and Excel required.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalent. Certification of Paralegal Studies or equivalent is preferred.
  • This role can be hybrid.
