Responsibilities
Job Function:
- Provide daily technical support to engineers, contractors, and distributors via phone and email.
- Assist with system design, product selection, and equipment sizing
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and availability information.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions via webcast.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- 3 years experience in the HVAC manufacturing space.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC products and materials.
- Prior experience working in a sales or customer support role for contractors.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Strong computer and internet research skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
