Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items with speed and precision while maintaining high quality
- Shuck, clean, and plate clams and oysters safely and efficiently
- Manage multiple stations on the line and assist in prep as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and proper food safety standards
Job Requirements:
- Experience shucking clams and oysters is required
- Proven experience as a line cook or chef in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong hands-on cooking skills and familiarity with seafood preparation
