- Shuck and prepare clams and oysters efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Support head chef and other kitchen staff
- Follow food safety and kitchen protocols

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience
- Strong hands-on skills with seafood preparation
- Ability to shuck and prepare clams and oysters
- Available for full season (June 1 – September 8)
