Executive Air Taxi Corporation is a full service FBO in Bismarck, ND. Our mission is to provide the public and our community with high-quality air transportation and aviation services. We are currently seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our talented team as a full-time Customer Service Representative.
The Ideal Candidate
As a CSR, the individual will answer phone and email communications, work alongside our Flightline team to communicate customer fuel requests, provide excellent customer service, arrange catering orders, enter fuel tickets, and complete customer transactions.
This individual must be able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment, have robust customer service skills, be a team player and be dependable. Light bookkeeping and data entry are required for this position.
Hours
Monday-Friday 7a.m. to 4p.m. There are times when this position may require additional hours.

The Ideal Candidate
- Has superior customer service skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Has excellent time management
- Has previous experience with Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables preferred
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
