Key Responsibilities
Value Analysis & Product Coordination
- Assist the Value Analysis team in reviewing and selecting new products based on strategic business goals.
- Maintain a system for organizing and tracking factory samples for internal evaluation and product approvals.
- Coordinate the movement of product samples across teams, including factories, warehouses, sales, and customer accounts.
- Provide timely project status updates to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including regulatory, marketing, sourcing, and customers—to create product artwork that is compliant and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Design and revise packaging, product labels, instruction sheets, and other related materials.
- Ensure all artwork is completed according to project timelines and reviewed for accuracy and consistency.
- Support digital content management by updating the online product catalog with current and compliant product data and visuals.
- Manage shifting priorities and work seamlessly across multiple projects and departments.
- Maintain organized records, project documentation, and version control to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in workflows, documentation practices, and communication.
- Perform additional duties and provide project support as needed to meet departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in product coordination, packaging development, or artwork/labeling, ideally in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, medical devices, consumer products).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Solid understanding of print production, digital artwork preparation, and file formatting (CMYK, RGB, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines with professionalism and speed.
