Pay Rate: $65-$70k Base 50-80% commission on self-generated work

ExecuSource is seeking a licensed Structural Engineer in the Florida market. You'll design, analyze, and draft residential and commercial structures, while also helping generate new business.
What You Get To Do
- Design and analyze structural systems using AutoCAD, RISA, Enercalc, and hand calculations
- Proficient in vertical, lateral (including flood), and foundation analysis
- Design in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry per applicable codes
- Ensure compliance with local and national building codes
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients
- Identify and resolve structural issues during design/construction
- Network and promote our services in the Southeast
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Structural or Civil Engineering
- PE or SE license (active)
- Proficient in CAD and structural analysis software
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience in business development and marketing
- Experience with remote tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- US citizenship
