Our client, a growing organization with a busy finance team, is seeking Staff Accountant to support daily accounting activity in their Naples office. This is an on-site role offering hands-on exposure to core financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle basic invoicing, payment posting, and routine bank activity
- Prepare simple reconciliations and assist with journal entry support
- Contribute to AP and AR workflow
- Assist with monthly reporting and internal documentation
- 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience
- Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Excel and standard office software
- Prior exposure to audits or insurance is helpful but not required
- Associate degree in Accounting preferred
- Stable role with room to grow in a supportive environment
- Broad hands-on experience across accounting functions
- Direct mentorship from finance leadership
