What You Get To Do
- Prepare and e-file documents in SC State and Federal court systems
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Manage case files and maintain organization of electronic and physical documents
- Coordinate attorney schedules, assist with trial preparation, and court filings
- Track deadlines, hearings, and litigation timelines
- Support administrative needs such as billing, time entry, and travel planning
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant, preferably in SC
- Proficiency with SC e-filing systems and court procedures
- Familiarity with SC Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal court processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with legal case management software
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills
