- Adhere is company HR policies and procedures
- Stay up to date on current federal, state and local regulations related to HR
- Employee relations
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing and onboarding
- Monitor and oversee Workers' Comp claims
- Maintain/update HRIS records
- High school diploma; College degree preferred
- 5 years of broad HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good balance in confidence, empathy and not being overbearing
- Must be a good multitasker
