What You Get To Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner to your assigned clinical and operational teams
- Provide HR guidance on employee development, succession planning, workforce/retention strategies, and performance improvement
- Support leaders with employee relations, coaching, development, and policy guidance
- Collaborate across HR to ensure compliance, consistency, and high-quality support
- Champion culture, values, and engagement initiatives across the clinician workforce
- Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding and retention practices
- Support change management and organizational development strategies
- Partner with leadership on annual planning and business strategy execution
- Participate in HR process improvement and special project initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
- 5 years of professional HR experience supporting exempt-level teams
- Experience in employee investigations with clinical staff
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
