What You Get To Do
- Fulfill parts orders and ensure quality and delivery expectations are met
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding storage, installation, testing, and product issues
- Conduct testing on HV switchgear (Circuit function test, timing test, insulation resistance test, Hi-Pot, vacuum integrity test, BCT, wire insulation, helium leak test)
- Perform repairs on HV switchgear in the field and in the plant using precision tools
- Travel to customer sites to provide classroom and hands-on training
- Document findings, generate reports, and communicate procedures using Microsoft Office
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- AAS in Mechatronics or Engineering Technology preferred (other education/experience combinations considered)
- 3–5 years’ progressive experience in manufacturing or field service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- ERP experience preferred (SAP ideal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Willingness to travel up to 60% (U.S. & Canada)
